Job description
A team leader leads, monitors, and supervises a group of employees to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. - Motivating and supporting your team to deliver excellent user and client satisfaction;
- Encouraging team working and conducting side-by-side coaching;
- Conduct regular team meetings;
- Ensuring that team members perform in line with required internal and external (client-provided) metrics;
- Managing employee distribution among production lines in a timely and effective manner;
- Analyzing internal efficiency and quality statistics, as well as customer feedback data;
- Pursuing quality and assurance initiatives;
- Demonstrating pro-active approach to regular tasks and presenting recommendations for improvement;
- Getting the best out of each individual and creating a positive environment by regularly providing positive praise and recognition of individual and team success;
- Supporting the wellbeing of your colleagues by identifying any individual and team challenges whilst also challenging any inappropriate behaviour or conducting investigation into issues and managing appropriately;

- 100% on site position (at the office in Daugavpils)
Responsabilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team;
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals;
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets;
- Delegating tasks to team members;
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills;
- Conduct regular performance reviews (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual Evaluation);
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team;
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team;
- Responsibility for progress and the results of the assigned work, for assigned means of labour and objects;
- Responsibility for assigned work task accomplishment;
- Responsibility for own made decisions;
- Responsibility for own and team results with regard to key performance and quality indicators;
- Responsibility of achieving the targets set to the job and sharing the responsibility of achieving Company goals;
- Adherence to strict deadlines;
- Caring for the company's reputation;
- Strict compliance with all internal regulations, Code of Conduct, non-disclosure restrictions, etc.;
- Represent Concentrix in a professional manner at all relevant functions.
Candidate profile
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables
- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule (24/7)
- Minimum C2 Russian and B2 English
