YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep things running smoothly: Pitch in with various errands like shopping, wrapping gifts, taking care of car needs, paying the bills, etc.
- Family support: Provide a helping hand with babysitting when needed
- Company support: Assist with company-related tasks when needed
- Handle whatever comes up: Assist with any other tasks, big or small, to make life easier for our team
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Previous experience as Personal assistant
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a can-do mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
- Respect for confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Great with children and a willingness to provide babysitting support
- Flexible availability to accommodate occasional evening or weekend tasks, if needed
- Good Latvian and English language knowledge
- B category driving license
