Answer, investigate, and resolve customer complaints;
Check product and service availability;
Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels, escalate inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary;
Collaborate with payment processors, and report any billing errors, discrepancies or errors in payments to the appropriate team;
Provide accurate and timely information to users, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues effectively;
Troubleshoot technical problems users may encounter and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams;
Provide insights and recommendations for improving Users engagement and content quality;
Review and moderate content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies;
Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or spammy content;
Respond to user inquiries and support requests through various communication channels.
