RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop an in-depth business knowledge and become a trusted advisor to management of the Group;

• Prepare consolidated monthly management report of the Group in a timely manner, ensuring

high quality of data accuracy;

• Control and review accounting data of Group companies, work closely with colleagues from accounting;

• Ensure budgeting and forecasting process;

• Perform cost control and gross profit, as well as other main KPI analysis;

• Provide suggestions for process improvements, work closely with IT and BI teams to create tools to

efficiently implement changes;

• Assist management with ad hoc requests.

SKILLS:

• At least 3 years experience at similar responsibilities within international group of companies

or equivalent experience in Big 4;

• Experience with consolidation of international group structures and various currencies;

• Excellent competency with Excel;

• Excellent prioritization skills, self-driven approach to work;

• Accuracy, high attention to detail and analytic skills;

• Result oriented and ability to work with clear deadlines and deliverables;

• Higher education in economics or finance;

• Fluent English and Latvian language skills.
