- Conduct comprehensive inspections of renewable energy projects, equipment, and components at all stages
- Collaborate with teams for regular project audits and process check
- Lead QA/QC activities, ensuring adherence to standards within specific projects.
- Identify and report quality issues, implement corrective actions
- Maintain records, prepare detailed improvement reports
- Assess supplier and material quality, conduct audits
- Identify process improvement opportunities with the Quality Assurance Manager
- Deliver quality-related training to enhance compliance
- Advise project team on quality management matters.
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Hold 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within renewables, construction, or manufacturing sectors
- Can demonstrate strong knowledge of quality management principles and standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and familiarity with quality methodologies
- Exhibit proficiency in renewable energy project construction methodologies, inspection, testing techniques, and material verification, including coordination with external auditors for quality assessment
- Have expertise in third-party auditing processes and quality assessment for renewable energy projects
- Have proficiency in quality control methodologies, assurance planning, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Are fluent in English and have a driving license.
