Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a CNC Machinist/Fabricator Assistant.
As an assistant to our CNC Machinist/Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of metal and plastic parts and assemblies. If you have a passion for materials science, possess basic knowledge of machining and fabrication processes, and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CNC Machinist/Fabricator in fabricating metal and plastic parts and assemblies.
- Assemble, fix, and test manufactured equipment to ensure high-quality output.
- Proper, high-quality, and timely execution of work duties;
- Handle company property with care and maintain a clean and organized work area;
- Research and learn new fabrication methods and processes.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent;
- Basic knowledge of materials science;
- Familiarity with basic machining and fabrication processes and tools will be advantage;
- Proficiency in Latvian and English at least at the B2 (Independent user) level;
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
