Currently we are looking for a candidate for a position of:

PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST
Location: Riga/Latvia

SCOPE OF DUTIES:

1. Bringing products to the market. Developing and implementing marketing strategies for a particular product.
2. Leading all product launches, providing internal training, marketing support and success of new offers.
3. Managing and supervising of technical knowledge:
   ⁎ giving product training to employees, installers, designers, contractors,
   ⁎ speaking and presenting both internally and externally to promote the story of our
   product,
   ⁎ preparing scripts and instructional videos,
   ⁎ leading the digital marketing and overall communications strategy,
   ⁎ creating and overseeing the technical correctness of all technical materials [price lists,
   catalogues, brochures, leaflets],
   ⁎ overseeing translation of technical documentation into consumable marketing and sales
   enablement material.
4. Defining actions supporting products sale.
5. Gathering information on market and competitors to identify market trends and opportunities. 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1. Has industry education in the field of sanitary installations, knows the industry, and will be a reliable interlocutor for Wilo customers [industry experience will be an asset].
2. Likes to share knowledge, is a convincing storyteller, both in contacts with a small group of listeners and for a wider audience.
3. Likes to talk to people, recognizes the needs of customers, translate technical details into benefits for our clients.
4. Successfully builds relationship with people from various business areas and unites them around ideas, projects and goals.
5. Manages his time effectively and coordinates many projects, is able to prioritize tasks.
6. Feels at home with the online environment, can create and improve online tools.
7. Writes in a good style and has experience in writing articles and online content.
8. Has good knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point.
9. Communicates in Latvian at the excellence level [min. C1] and in English at the level of min. B2 [upper intermediate].
10. Has driving licence – cat. B.
