We are looking for a new team member to join Recruitment and Employer Branding team in Latvia and lead recruitment projects in Baltics.

If you have:

• Higher education, preferably in staff management, psychology or other related field;
• At least 1 year previous experience in recruitment and competence assessment;
• Excellent Latvian and fluent English language skills (both spoken and written);
• Good computer skills;
• Very good communication, cooperation and problem solving skills;
• Precision and a high sense of responsibility.

We will entrust you:

• Recruitment of the office employees (specialist, senior and assistant level positions in Baltics), conducting job interviews and assessing candidates' competencies;
• Selection of a store management team - store managers, sales managers;
• Onobording process organization and implementation;
• Regular reporting on recruitment projects;
• Participation in implementation of various personnel management projects and processes;
• Participation in various internal and external employer branding improvement activities.

Salary 1500.00 2000.00 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidates competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
