FILTER LATVIA is looking for a Project Manager with solid experience in project planning, execution, control, and closure as well as the guidance of the project team's operations towards achieving all the agreed upon goals within the set scope, time, quality and budget.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager
- Project timeline and budget planning in teams during offer stage.
- Leads, motivates and distributes work to the project team, including but not limited to designers, site managers, sales persons, commissioning persons, or individual project groups.
- Follow up project execution according to deadlines, scope, budget and quality requirements supported by formal documentation.
- Select subcontractors, organize negotiations, conclude contracts, coordinate and control work during the execution of contracts in accordance with the concluded agreement.
- Communicate with the customer's representatives during the execution of the project.
- Follow-up project documentation including monthly reports to partners and customers, and any other kind of institutions.
- Call-up for different meetings needed for successful project execution, including meeting with customer, execution team, suppliers etc.
- Report on the project status to the relevant stakeholders within set standards on a regular basis.
Expectations
- University Degree.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies with proven application.
- At least 3 years experience in similar projects.
- Certificate in construction management or construction supervision are considered as advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and coodination skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
- Very good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to details even under pressure.
- Competence in leading cross-department teams.
