Scala Developer

Our client is one of the biggest online retailers worldwide with ayearly revenue of £2+ billion, the headquarter is based in the UK.

We have a long history of relationships and over the years have helped the client to develop web portals and mobile apps, delivery control systems, staff management tools, data storage, and much more.

In the team, you will work with a range of technologies Java, Scala, AWS, Akka, Play, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, Docker, and more.

You will be part of a team of 5-8 engineers, based in Sofia, that implements and maintains complex algorithms and business logic to schedule and coordinate the work of hundreds of people fulfilling customer orders. This includes receiving stock from suppliers, decanting and storing inventory, picking orders, including dealing with expectations. Efficiency and accuracy are at the center of everything we do.
