Job Description
As a Warehouse Data Specialist at Evolution Latvia, you will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of our Navision and Jira systems, creating insightful reports and visualizations, and ensuring data integrity. Your expertise will drive process improvements and contribute to the seamless flow of materials, ultimately enhancing our overall efficiency and productivity. Main Responsibilities:
- Generate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to enhance warehouse processes and decision-making;
- Conduct thorough data analysis of warehouse requests, tracking statuses, and ensuring item availability through internal systems;
- Import and transfer data between Navision and Jira to facilitate seamless operations;
- -Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and quality standards are maintained;
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, providing insights for process optimization and continuous improvement;
- Ensure the safekeeping and quality control of materials, maintaining accurate records of warehouse inventory;
- Manage stock levels, taking action to halt further purchasing when maximum limits are reached;
- Issue materials in the required quantities against authorized requisition notes and material lists;
- Conduct periodic checks to reconcile book balances with actual physical stock, maintaining internal control.
Qualifications
- Secondary (higher, special etc.) education;
- At least in A2 (Basic user) level of English knowledge;
- High sense of responsibility;
- B category drivers license;
- The ability to accurately and methodically fulfil work tasks and keep detailed records;
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Nav) will be considered as advantage.
