What You Will Do:

• Perform IT Applications Service mapping to all lower level (infrastructure) related asset and the respective threats, risks, vulnerabilities
• Perform Technology Risk management activities, including Luminor IT asset based risk assessments, the risk control effectiveness validation and testing activities
• Present the assessment results to effected stakeholders and advice on required risk treatment strategies
• Report the assessment results to COO management, second line of defence and upper management if required
• Oversee the progress of Technology Risk treatment strategies and monitor the residual risk trends
• Advise on the implementation of Technology Risk management policies and procedures, control improvements and key risk indicators
• Understand the external environment dynamics and emerging data, technology and cybersecurity risks, threats/ vulnerabilities to support Luminor Technology Risks management
• Contribute to other relevant elements of Luminors Technology Risk management framework
• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

What We Expect: 

• Higher education in Computer Science, Information technology, Data, Business, Technology Law or other similar field
• Certification in risk management or information security (e.g. CRISC, CISM, CISSP, CISA, ICA, ISACA)
• Certification in ICT service and process management (e.g. ITIL)
• Wide ranging/ expert experience in Technology Risk (ICT, InfoSec, Data) management, audit or a related field (more than 5 years)
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, technologies, processes and governance (ITIL)
• Experience with risk management software and tools such as risk assessment and management platforms, threat intelligence platforms, incident management tools
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies and best practices such as COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make sound risk-based decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff
• Able to think strategically and tactically to identify and manage technology risks 
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
