DEPUTY CTO
to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation.
Who are our customers:
Global payment processing companies. Design and provide a complete range of digital payment and banking services for Merchants, Banks, FinTechs
Who we need:
An ideal candidate would have an extensive background in IT, Banking or FinTech, be a reliable and responsive person with leadership qualities.
Essential qualities:
- At least 5 years of combined experience in a technology leadership role
- Knowledge of the electronic payments / banking / fintech industry
- Understanding cybersecurity principles and measures
- Aptitude for addressing complex technical challenges and finding solutions
- Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in Latvian or Russian
- English - level of working proficiency
