Main tasks:
- analyze current retail network capabilities and create retail development strategy;
- visit stores and initiate the implementation of Group retail merchandizing standards in stores together with LV Country Manager;
- develop e-shop, making it attractive and easy to use;
- follow up on visual aspects of shops, shop assistants, make shops attractive and welcomed to the customers;
- analyze market and customer habits;
- initiate marketing and promotion standard programs to attract regular customers interested in promotions;
- coordinate different marketing material and visualization implementation;
- prepare content for social media;
- monitor and ensure that retail standards are followed, and that marketing and promotion programs are correctly implemented;
- execute sales and marketing activities in cooperation with other departments and cooperation partners.
Requirements:
- BA or MA/MBA, preferably in sales and/or marketing;
- experienced in commercial role within retail environment;
- very good written and spoken Latvian and English, Russian would be an advantage;
- computer literate (MS Office);
- excellent interpersonal skills, very good planning and time management skills; analytical and structured, goal and result oriented, innovative, creative and open minded, numbers driven, sales orientated.
