Impact You'll Make:
- Dive deep into the world of gaming data, analysing game performance, player engagement, and user behaviour to optimise our gaming offerings.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of game profitability, identify revenue trends, and provide insights to enhance our revenue streams.
- Explore player demographics and geographical data to understand player behaviour across different regions, enabling us to tailor our games to diverse audiences.
- Evaluate our mobile casino platform, identifying areas for improvement and enhancing the user experience for players on the go.
- Stay ahead of the game by monitoring and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, contributing to a safe and secure gaming environment for our players.
What you bring:
- Quantitative background such as Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science etc.
- Strong Marketing knowledge stemming from experience in the business.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of online casino operations, regulations, and industry best practices is required. We will also consider candidates with experience in the physical casino area.
- Experience in data analysis within the iGaming or online gambling industry is a must.
- Very good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Russian language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey your findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with gaming platforms and mobile casino technologies.
