What We're Looking For:

Proven track record of being great Business Developer in Fintech, Crypto and Investment fields
Strong analysis skills and ability assessing the risks and rewards of different investment strategies (crypto and/or stocks) will be a big plus
Understanding of AML/CFT laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to gain a deep understanding of both industries
Passion and energy in everything you do
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

What You'll Do:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners worldwide (CEXes, banking providers, custodials, legal and brokerage firms)
Guide our projects through rigorous compliance and due diligence checks
Take active part in evaluation of new investments & business development projects
Contribute to the improvement of the company's trading/investment strategy
Work close to Founder, accompanying his work and solving emerging issues; prepare reports by request
