RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Handle the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for new customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Onboard international individual and legal entity customers, guiding them through the necessary procedures.
- Maintain daily communication with team members and various departments to facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Review and verify customers' profiles and documents, adhering to internal procedures and processes.
- Analyze a large volume of data, providing well-reasoned arguments and making independent decisions when necessary.
- Follow company procedures and instructions to ensure compliance and consistency in onboarding practices.
WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING
- Possess strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to effectively carry out KYC procedures.
- Previous work experience in financial institutions with a focus on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Exhibit high stress resilience and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in using relevant software and platforms for onboarding processes.
- Language knowledge: English, Russian, Polish are considered advantageous.
