POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Mobile Marketing Manager at Paybis, you will drive growth and enhance the visibility of our mobile applications. This role involves setting ambitious targets for app installs, leading campaign optimizations, and collaborating on cross-team marketing strategies. You'll need robust experience in mobile marketing, a solid grasp of app optimization techniques, and innovative marketing skills to excel in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the overall growth in app installs, setting and achieving ambitious targets.
Launch, optimize, and scale ROI-positive channels and campaigns, leveraging collaboration with partners and SaaS platforms.
Conduct a wide range of experiments to identify top-performing creatives for campaign optimization.
Lead the strategy for App Store Optimization (ASO) and Google Play Store Optimization (GPSO), enhancing the visibility and attractiveness of Paybis mobile products.
Explore new horizons for organic app listing enhancements, consider expansion into new app stores, and investigate web publishing opportunities for broader reach.
Seek out opportunities for scaling installs through related marketing channels
Closely collaborate with other Marketing team members and departments to orchestrate cross-team campaigns and promotions, ensuring a unified approach to marketing strategy.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in mobile or affiliate marketing, with a focus on achieving significant app install growth and executing successful campaigns.
Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Apple Search Ads and Google Ads, an ability to manage diverse ad campaign types effectively. Other advertising platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, etc.) would be considered as an advantage.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms, Firebase, Appstore Connect, and Google Play Console, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of tools essential for app marketing success.
Market Understanding: A strong grasp of the mobile app development and marketing landscape, enabling strategic decisions that align with industry trends and user preferences.
Innovative Thinking: A visionary and creative approach to marketing, capable of out-of-the-box thinking to identify and exploit unique growth opportunities.
Language Skills: Good command of English (minimum B1 level) for clear and effective communication within an international team and industry.
