About the role

We are seeking a skilled Network Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of Azure Networking, Traditional Networking and Firewall management as well as familiarity with the concept of SD-WAN.

What are you going to do?

Design, implement, and manage Azure Networking solutions.
Maintain and optimize traditional network infrastructure.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls.
Troubleshooting SD-WAN and transition offices from MPLS to SD-WAN
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high availability and maximum performance of our network services.
Provide strategic insights for network development with a holistic view.
Adhere to and promote ITIL processes within the organization

What do we expect from you?

Must have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. However, extensive documented experience along with strong references may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Familiarity with the ITIL process.
Proven experience with Azure Networking, Traditional Networking and Firewall management.
Operational mindset with a focus on high availability.
Ability to view incidents and new development with a holistic perspective.
Excellent English communication skills.
