  • 5+ years in customer support or client relations, preferably in B2B payments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and proficiency in CRM software.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the customer support team to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Collect and act on client feedback to improve services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Enhance the onboarding process and provide comprehensive client training.
  • Develop client success programs and proactively resolve potential issues.
  • Track customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide proactive solutions.
