You will be joining Mobility and Classic SE Solutions one of the engineering units in If. Our unit is developing and operating core insurance systems for the private sector primarily in Sweden.

We have just embarked on a major journey of renewing our core system landscape by implementing a standard SAAS insurance platform named Guidewire. This work has been created and executed as a program named CTP (Core Transformation Program) and your first assignment as Technical Project Manager will be to drive technical activities within the program.

In your role as Technical Project Manager in the Mobility and Classic SE Solutions-unit you will be assigned to work in different delivery contexts. The first assignment will be in the Core Transformation Program. In your role as the Technical Project Manager in the CTP-program, you will be involved in the work with program backlog breaking down the backlog into adequate size and complexity.

One of the most important responsibilities of the role is to take a joint ownership in that we deliver a system with operational excellence securing that we deliver a high functioning system that works in practice. You will work especially close with our System squad in topics regarding infrastructure and engineering related questions not necessarily derived from top-level functional requirements.

You will work very close our Delivery Leads in planning, prioritizing and executing the work needed to be done. You will also work closely with our architects complementing them in driving engineering topics as needed. Especially needed is to compliment the architects with the work regarding non-functional requirements part of the system.
