In this role you will be responsible for:
- Tour Booking: Handle bookings, rebookings, and confirmations of applications, including arranging additional services.
- Problem Resolution: Promptly address and resolve problem situations.
- Individual Request Handling: Calculate and manage individual requests.
- Partner Cooperation: Collaborate with partners, including agencies and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Agent Support: Advise agents on hotel offerings, additional services, operational rules, and assist in website navigation.
- Customer Support: Provide a support to local clients during Saturdays in a shifts.
Professional experience and skills:
- Experience in the Tourism Industry: Demonstrated background in tourism-related work.
- Grammatically Correct Speech: Ability to communicate effectively with correct grammar.
- Language Proficiency: Knowledge of both local and English languages, Russian would be an advantage.
- Trainability: Quick and efficient in learning new skills and processes.
- Stress Resilience: Capacity to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Teamwork Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team setting.
