Today, we're searching for a talented individual - a Partnerships Manager, to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in establishing and managing partnerships with external entities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with content providers, ensuring a collaborative and mutually beneficial partnership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding of partners onto our platform.
- Act as a liaison between the company and content providers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive partner relationship. Provide day-to-day support to the management team and maintain accurate administrative task performance and tracking;
- Work closely with the sales, account management, and marketing teams to create and execute effective partnership strategies.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content-related strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and work with legal teams to ensure compliance in all partnership agreements.
- Provide regular reports and updates on partnership performance and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of customer-related experience in business development, partnerships management, or corporate service management. Experience in online gaming is an advantage.
- Excellent command of the English and Russian languages, both spoken and written.
- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

PienÄkumi:

- Sadarboties ar komandÄm, lai nodroÅ”inÄtu veiksmÄ«gu partneru iekļauÅ”anu mÅ«su platformÄ.
- Darboties kÄ saikne starp uzÅÄmumu un satura nodroÅ”inÄtÄjiem, atbildot uz pieprasÄ«jumiem, risinot problÄmas un uzturot pozitÄ«vas attiecÄ«bas ar partneriem.
- Sniegt ikdienas atbalstu vadÄ«bas komandai un nodroÅ”inÄt precÄ«zu administratÄ«vo uzdevumu izpildi un uzskaiti;
- CieÅ”i sadarboties ar pÄrdoÅ”anas, klientu vadÄ«bas un mÄrketinga komandÄm, lai izveidotu un Ä«stenotu efektÄ«vas partnerÄ«bas stratÄÄ£ijas.
- AnalizÄt partnerÄ«bas darbÄ«bas rÄdÄ«tÄjus un sniegt ieskatu, lai optimizÄtu ar saturu saistÄ«tÄs stratÄÄ£ijas un veicinÄtu ieÅÄmumu pieaugumu.
- Sekot lÄ«dzi nozares regulÄjumiem un un sadarboties ar juridiskajÄm komandÄm, lai nodroÅ”inÄtu atbilstÄ«bu visos partnerÄ«bas lÄ«gumos.
- RegulÄri sniegt pÄrskatus un jaunÄko informÄciju par partnerÄ«bas rezultÄtiem un veiciniet stratÄÄ£isko lÄmumu pieÅemÅ”anu.
Prasības:
- AugstÄkÄ izglÄ«tÄ«ba finanÅ”u vai ekonomikas sfÄrÄ (priekÅ”roka MBA).
- Izprast un bÅ«t informÄtam par spÄļu licencÄÅ”anas prasÄ«bÄm, menedžmenta pakalpojumu politiku un tirgus tendencÄm.
- Vismaz divu gadu pieredze darbÄ ar klientiem, uzÅÄmÄjdarbÄ«bas attÄ«stÄ«bas, partnerattiecÄ«bu vadÄ«bÄ vai korporatÄ«vo pakalpojumu vadÄ«ba (iGaming pieredze tiek uzskatÄ«ta par priekÅ”rocÄ«bu).
- Teicamas angļu un krievu valodas zinÄÅ”anas rakstiski un mutiski.
- Augstas komunikÄcijas, prezentÄcijas, sarunu un problÄmu risinÄÅ”anas prasmes.
- SpÄja un vÄlme strÄdÄt komandÄ.
