Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field;
- Very good Latvian and English language proficiency and communication skills;
- Understanding of HR principles and practices;
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive cases and topics;
- Interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
- Basic knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations will be considered as an advantage;
- Willingness to grow, learn and develop.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various positions;
- Provide information, guidance and direction on HR policies, programs, and processes to employees and managers;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records;
- Assist HR team in identifying department needs, recommending changes, and implementing improvements;
- Support in planning and organising team-building activities;
- Providing support with office management issues;
- Support in the yearly inventory process;
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
