IT Camp partner specializes in providing secure and efficient payment processing services with a focus on Asia. Due to the growth of the company, we are searching for a Lead Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and manage support tickets, performing manual checks on transaction statuses.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary. 
  • Manage Client notifications and ensure clients are informed about any updates or changes promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead small team Support Specialists and monitor the quality and progress of work. 

Requirements:
  • 2+ years in the fintech industry
  • Experience in handling a high volume of support tickets and customer inquiries
  • Good knowledge of Excel is a must
  • Basic skills with REST API requests will be considered as advantage
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must, Russian languages will be a plus
  • Passionate about customer service and dedicated to providing exceptional support
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues

  • Salary from 1400 to 2850 EUR gross (depending on experience)
