The role of Junior Technical Safety Officer plays an integral role in ensuring safety within aviation maintenance operations, closely aligned with the Safety Management System (SMS). Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety trends in maintenance operations in alignment with Safety Management System (SMS).
• Deliver informative presentations on maintenance safety during regular operational meetings;
• Actively participate in safety investigations, gathering and reviewing technical information related to safety incidents;
• Assist in the creation and preparation of engaging Safety Newsletters to keep our team informed and engaged;
• Collaborate closely with the Deputy CAMO Safety Manager to enhance safety protocols and practices.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate or university student with a strong desire to make a mark in the aviation industry;
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey safety-related information;
• A strong understanding of safety management systems (SMS) and their application within aviation;
• A proactive mindset with a keen eye for safety trends and potential areas for improvement;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is crucial for success in this role.
