JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Work closely with campaign managers and acquisition team to optimize strategies and processes.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI.
• Develop customer lifetime value and customer segmentation models to support business strategies.
• Automate data-related tasks and streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Proactively identify and drive new analytical opportunities to add value to the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Bachelors degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance).
• At least 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of supporting data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of data modeling; statistical modelling or any machine leaning technique (such as hypothesis testing; regression analysis; random forest; etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Power Pivot.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with Power BI for data modeling, analysis, and visualization, including DAX and Power Query (considered an advantage).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in English
