We are looking for someone who has

  • Expertise and/or education on IT-support
  • Good technical skills
  • Fast learning and excellent communication skills
  • Time management skills and eagerness to meet deadlines
  • Good command of Latvian and English, both written and spoken

In this role you will be

  • Providing excellent remote and on-site IT-support to our clients
  • Taking care of computer and smart device maintenance/replacement
  • Identifying and correcting software/hardware errors
  • Implementing AD, M365 service changes
  • Effectively solving problems with AD, Exchange, M365 and other services
