WE ARE HIRING ORDER PROCESSING AND JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Order Processing and Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate will start by handling order processing tasks with the aim of gradually transitioning into a full accounting role. This position is perfect for someone who wants to grow in their accounting career while providing vital support in the order processing function.

Purpose of the position:

Processing orders and identifying better ways to meet customer requirements;
Providing excellent customer service;
Handling customer requests across all channels: phone, email, and chat;
Assisting customers with speed, quality, and genuine concern for all requests;
Act as the vital link between our company and customers, ensuring their needs are thoroughly understood and met;
Building relationships with all customers.

REQUIREMENTS

A customer-oriented professional who ensures a high level of service;
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as orders, quotes, credits, and other tasks involve specific configurations;
Strong verbal and written communication skills, as phone and email communication are daily tasks;
Experience in SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems and MS Teams will be considered as advantage.
Prior experience in accounting will be considered as advantage.

EDUCATION: Secondary or higher education.

LANGUAGE: knowledge of Latvian and English language;

Knowledge of Russian, Lithuanian, or Estonian is a plus.

PRIMARY WORK DUTIES:

update account details and changes in Salesforce an SAP systems;
prepare quotes and process orders with a high level of accuracy;
collaborate with shipping, sales, marketing and finance to enhance customer experience;
perform individual assignments of the Employer;
perform other tasks of similar nature.
