What You Will Do:

• Actively manage daily banking tasks with corporate customer and internet bank users handling on customer level
• Managing daily requests and changes (accounts, cards, payment issues, etc.
• Implementing new business agreements within Luminor IT systems
• Consulting & advising customers, bank employees on daily banking questions
• Implementing and finding proper solution fast, with keeping high quality level
• Identifying existing and potential problems and properly representing corporate customers within Luminor organization - new product development, back office functions, etc.
• Defining business needs, recommendations and driving necessary changes or improvements together with business/products development stakeholders.
• Ensuring excellent customer experience by your daily work and tasks
• Building strong relationships with corporate customers based on good understanding of Cash Management products, market environment, customer needs.
  
  

What We Expect:

• Preferable 1-2 years Experience in handling IT system (bank core systems, customer ERPs, connection, product set up, etc.)
• Preferable Experience in handling corporate customers relationship and system crashes
• General daily banking products knowledge
• Experience in handling customer daily banking tasks
• Readiness to take ownership and long-term results orientation
• Preferable or currently studying University degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking, IT
• English and Latvian is required in spoken and written communication
