We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Coordinator as a part of our Rail Baltica Vangazi-Salaspils-Misa Team.

Responsibilities:
- Getting familiar with Rail Baltica Design Project, scope of work, contract and technical requirements as well as current design documentation;
- Coordination of different subcontractor teams in terms of technical progress as well as contractual and technical issues together with Engineering Manager and subcontractor team leads;
- Ensure that tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines are clearly discussed, documented, addressed, and followed up on;
- Coordination of follow up meetings needed between internal and external design teams;
- Ensure a proper exchange from data/inputs between the internal and external design teams;
- Take ownership of technical project tasks and support and coordination functions for the project team;
- Communicate proactively with PM team, discipline leads and design experts, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Degree in civil engineering;
- Broad knowledge and understanding of civil engineering procedures; if possible practical design experience and / or practical experience in railway infrastructure construction projects;
- Demonstrates a high degree of self-drive, proactiveness, and exceptional organizational and communication skills;
- Ability of taking over the lead during meetings and delegating tasks;
- Proven capability to work in an organized and systematic manner;
- Ability to extract technical expertise knowledge from Senior Discipline Experts, structure this information and integrate it into a technical report in a well-structured manner;
- Outstanding proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
