As a Senior System Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our IT infrastructure's seamless operation, security, and scalability. You will be the driving force behind maintaining high system performance, managing our servers and networks, and supporting the organization's technology needs. You will collaborate across departments, lead technical projects, and be a key player in fostering a secure and efficient IT environment that supports SmartLynx Airlines' business objectives and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of the infrastructure.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the organization's IT assets.
• Create and update documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other IT staff and end-users.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration or a related role.
• Proficiency in LINUX administration.
• Expertise in Azure services focusing on PaaS, Functions, and Identity.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Networking, Network security (Network Associate or similar), and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
• Knowledge of high availability principles (HA) and Storage Area Networks (SAN).
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
• Expertise in conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Certifications in relevant areas will be considered as an advantage.
