The Opportunity:
As an Automation Business Analyst: you will independently work with business stakeholders and also support business partners in our automation and data science team, assessing and documenting digitalization ideas at the earliest stage. Once an idea is confirmed, your detailed documentation and communication skills will play an important role to map and document the end-to-end of the processes, including the AS-IS and TO-BE. At a later stage, your detailed requirements will help developers initiate the development phase and afterwards test the solution (UAT). Once solutions are in production, you will keep key solution documentations up to date, so our portfolio of solutions reflects the business needs. In the entire cycle just described, you will support the automation and data science business partners.
- Work independently with business stakeholders and also support the business partner of your unit to prepare automation and digitization projects for development and ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate process improvement and digitalization use case identification in collaborating with process experts, business partners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Prioritize and establish a pipeline of potential automation and digitalization opportunities across multiple technologies not limited to Robotic Process Automation, Low-code platforms, Chatbots, Workflow Automation, Data science and other emerging technologies.
- Develop business cases; charters to articulate the value proposition of the identified opportunities
- Create relevant project documentation, such as process designs, requirements, status reports, as per project squad role requires.
- Coordinate training support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new built systems and processes
Who You Are:
- 2+ Years experience in Automation, Digitalization or other emerging technology projects are a must.
- Fluent English knowledge
- Experience in a Global Business Service organization or to Regional/global projects is a Plus
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is a Plus.
- Lean Six Sigma experience and related certifications are a plus
- Business Process Modeling certifications are a plus

Salary starts from 1900 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
