What You Will Do:
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, including integration needs with third-party vendors.
- Documentation Creation: Develop comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, such as UI mockups, API specifications, DB structures, and business process diagrams.
- Development Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure clear communication and translate business needs into technical solutions, providing updates on project requirements.
- Testing & Validation Support: Assist QA in validating test cases across UI, API, and SQL, and facilitate UAT processes to ensure systems meet user requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and propose system enhancements for optimization and alignment with business growth.
Preferred Background:
- eCommerce Systems Expertise: Solid experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Etsy.
- API Mastery: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, including authentication, data formats (JSON, XML), and performance optimization.
- Technical Integration Skills: Hands-on experience managing integrations between different platforms or systems.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in English, both written and spoken, for working with internal and external partners.
- Creative Problem Solver: A proactive mindset for solving challenges and driving innovation.
- Interest in AI: Enthusiasm for AI technologies and using them to improve processes and integrations.
