Your responsibilities:
- Client Understanding: Design, schedule and lead psycho-educational group sessions/workshops, outreach programs, team buildings and activities in accordance with the department objectives.
- Expert Support: Support the HR department by advising on potential employee suitability for the project. Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager. Create and implement action plans with the aim to improve employees wellbeing.
- Documentation and Analysis: Regularly monitor, collect, evaluate, and report necessary data to keep track of employees progress.
- Business Impact: Play a crucial role in helping achieve the companys business targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Attend and lead informational and promotional Wellbeing activities during employee training sessions. Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
Your skills:
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in psychological counseling, psychotherapy and leading group sessions. Experience in crisis and conflict management. Experiencein conducting aptitude diagnostic procedures.
- Education: Successfully completed master's degree in Health or Clinical Psychology and licensure or equivalent state authorization to provide treatment in Latvia.
- Professional Skills: Good presentation skills. Experience in crisis and conflict management.
- Eagerness to Learn: Passionate about continuous learning and research.
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit is required. Temporary contract 1,5 year.
