About the Job:
Were expanding our Life & Pension Division and seeking a driven Integration Lead to join our team. In this role, you will guide architectural solutions and lead a skilled Agile scrum team, including business analysts, developers, and QAs, to ensure high-quality integration planning and delivery. This position is perfect for someone with a software development background, strong business analysis skills, and proven customer-facing experience who is eager to be a key player in the InsureTech Revolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Guide the development of architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.
- Document Management: Write, review, and ensure the timely delivery of Requirements, Design, Interface, and Output Documents.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to review and sign off on design documents, and lead or participate in requirement and design workshops.
- Project Engagement: Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Project Directors to manage project risks, actions, and decisions.
- Agile Story Management: Write and refine Agile stories, agree on designs with developers and QA, and participate fully as a Scrum team member.
- Development Support: Provide support throughout the build phase, reviewing test scripts, and assisting in testing.
- Client Process Assistance: Help clients build as is and to be processes, and provide functional analysis and design advice.
- Quality Assurance: Engage in peer reviews to ensure the quality and completeness of all requirements and design work.
- Configuration Support: Assist with configuring system parameters to meet design specifications.
- Project Planning: Support the planning of the Requirement Specifications and Design phase to deliver complete quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
- Best Practices: Work within Sapiens processes and best practices to ensure project success.
Skills and expertise required:
- Technical Leadership: At least 5 years of experience as an IT Technical Product Manager with a strong background in Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, and Data Engineering.
- Insurance Expertise: Familiarity with insurance systems and industry practices.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical decision-making, business acumen, and organizational abilities.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in web services architecture (API), SQL, and integration solutions, with experience in cloud environments and security methods.
- Customer-Facing Experience: Proven ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Tools: Experience with ETL interfaces (preferably Talend), Jira, Git, and Agile methodologies, with Java development as a plus.
- Mentorship: Ability to mentor and support colleagues, fostering skill development within the team.
