Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure that department employees execute projects according to the company's KPI (Key Performance Indicator) requirements by region and service type.
• Plan the department's resources and development by implementing processes to ensure management efficiency, transparency, and quality.
• Develop and maintain internal documentation in accordance with company requirements.
• Ensure timely and effective information flow within the unit.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the department team, fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Prepare reports on the department's work results according to the Direct Manager's instructions, ensuring transparent and efficient management.
• Build the department's reputation within the company, focusing on collaboration and professional work.
• Ensure safe working conditions for field teams.

Skills and Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in team management.
• Attention to order, quality, and accuracy.
• Willingness to find solutions to problems and ability to take responsibility for work results.
• Communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team.
• Ability to perform assigned tasks under high intensity and time constraints.
• Knowledge of regulations and procedures.
