YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

• Ensure that department employees execute projects according to the company's KPI (Key Performance Indicator) requirements by region and service type
• Plan the department's resources and development by implementing processes to ensure management efficiency, transparency, and quality
• Develop and maintain internal documentation in accordance with company requirements
• Ensure timely and effective information flow within the unit
• Lead, develop, and motivate the department team, fostering a positive atmosphere
• Prepare reports on the department's work results according to the Direct Manager's instructions, ensuring transparent and efficient management
• Build the department's reputation within the company, focusing on collaboration and professional work
• Ensure safe working conditions for field teams

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in team management
• Attention to order, quality, and accuracy
• Willingness to find solutions to problems and ability to take responsibility for work results
• Communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team
• Ability to perform assigned tasks under high intensity and time constraints
• Knowledge of regulations and procedures
