Responsibilities:
- To create and maintain global Quality Management master data set in SAP system according to data governance processes
- Collaborate with regional Quality Control Managers within the organization to ensure the consistent setup of global master data
- Understand the business processes and their relevant supporting master data, and ensure the validity of data definitions
- Maintain and further develop complex master data queries and tooling
- Contribute to global initiatives and projects that involve data cleansing, standardization, mapping, or conversion activities
- Participate in testing of system improvements
- Support requests related to Quality master data
- Establish processes to ensure effective data, secure Data Governance
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in Data Management or Master Data related field supported by ERP environment
- Bachelors degree can be a student able to work full-time
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (MS Access) is a must
- Programming skills will be considered a plus
- Upper-intermediate (B2) English skills, both written and spoken
- Sense for data quality and accuracy
- Capable of dealing with complex environments (data, systems, rules, etc.)
- Ability to deliver a clear message to the stakeholders by having good communication skills
- Capable of working under stress, and evaluating priorities and their impacts
- Understanding of processes in a chemical manufacturing company.
