Ensure compliance practices are aligned with the latest laws and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies like the FCA, European Banking Authority (EBA), and others.
  • Handle client inquiries during the on-boarding process, providing clear and professional guidance. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Provide explanations of the necessary steps, documentation required, and the reasons behind each compliance measure, ensuring a smooth and transparent client experience.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing client profiles to ensure continued compliance and update records as necessary. Periodically reassess existing clients to ensure their profiles are up to date and compliant with the evolving regulatory landscape. Update client records with any new documentation or changes in their risk profile and manage this information within WeavePays secure data systems.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members on KYC processes and best practices. Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to new compliance and onboarding staff, covering all aspects of KYC procedures and best practices. Mentor new employees to ensure they are proficient in WeavePays standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a secure and organized system for managing client documentation and information. Establish and maintain a robust data management system that ensures all client documentation is stored securely and can be accessed efficiently. Implement data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information against unauthorized access and data breaches.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on the status of new and ongoing client onboarding. Compile detailed reports presented to the Chief Compliance Officer that track the progress and status of client onboarding, highlighting any issues, risks, or delays. These reports help management monitor the effectiveness of onboarding processes and make informed decisions about potential improvements.
