How you will contribute:
As a key part to our sales process, you'll manage the Client/Partner sign-up journey, ensuring leads and accounts are efficiently distributed across the Sales team to maximize performance and impact. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in streamlining this process.
You will act as the vital connection between Sales and Operations, serving as the first line of support for our Salesforce CRM platform.
Your expertise will ensure the Sales team has the tools and insights they need to succeed, while maintaining smooth collaboration between teams.
In this role, you'll also take ownership of maintaining CRM data hygiene and optimizing our Sales enablement tools, including Salesforce.
Additionally, you'll oversee critical monthly sales planning processes, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and a foundation for informed decision-making.

Your Day to Day in this role includes:
- Managing the Partner sign-up process, ensuring appropriate distribution of leads and accounts between the Sales team.
- Acting as a conduit between Sales and Sales Operations and the first line support for the CRM (Salesforce) Platform.
- Maintaining CRM data hygiene and optimisation of Sales enablement tools (incl Salesforce) and critical monthly sales planning processes ensuring accuracy and data governance.
- Acting as cover for the Sales Operations Team members during periods of absence.
- Driving your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths

You'll be ideal for us if you have:
- Hands-on experience supporting Sales environments
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM) and Sales Enablement Tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing a variety of needs and priorities
- Stronginnovativethinkerwith a data-driven approach to problem solving
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience of working in a global, matrix organization is a plus
