Company is seeking a Operations Associate to support our wider payments ops team. The company is looking for someone who is able to multitask, has strong attention to detail, analytical, is selfmotivated with a focus for detail. We are looking for an individual who can come in and help grow our business and themselves. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our payment processing systems. You will assist with various tasks related to payment processing, system maintenance, and client support. Excelling in this role provides a strong foundation for career advancement within the fintech industry. You will gain valuable experience in payment systems and operations, which can open doors to more senior positions and specialized roles within the field.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Support the payment services team department in delivering quick, accurate and smooth onboarding of new payment service providers.
Ensure to follow the correct procedure of onboarding a new provider, including: integrating the solution by communicating with external dev team and executing test plans.
Research new providers for the different regions the business covers.
Obtaining information and supporting documentation to complete KYC due diligence.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to provide the necessary documentation and support for smooth service delivery.
Demonstrate knowledge of administration and manage all storage of business essential documents.
Ensure that all internal compliance documentation is kept up to date and made available to the wider business when required.
Be agile in your thinking and effectively manage your time to meet business needs.
Optimize and upgrade current payment systems to improve performance, efficiency, and overall user experience.
Maintain key relationships both within and outside of the business to ensure a quick and efficient on boarding process.
Reduce onboarding time and enhance where needed. Centralise documentations and have all documents organised and up to date.
Assist with the daily management of payment processing systems, including monitoring transactions and resolving any issues.
Essential Skills:
Candidate will have onboarding, KYC, and analytical skills.
Develop workflows for onboarding flow and ensure regulatory compliance.
Candidates will be highly organised, strong attention to detail with a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and Google Apps. Must be comfortable using phone applications and working remotely.
Quick learner with good initiative.
Strong written and verbal communication and time keeping skills.
