What you'll do as a Service Desk Administrator:
  • Case Management: You'll take charge of ticket work queues in ServiceNow, ensuring that every Partner issue gets the attention it deserves
  • Efficient Troubleshooting: Dive into the world of software and cloud products, diagnosing and resolving issues related to billing, invoices, ordering, licensing, web portal access, functionality, and vendor-related questions
  • Partner Point of Contact: Be the friendly face of Pax8, assisting our partners and providing timely solutions or escalating matters when necessary
  • Process Documentation: Keep our workflows running smoothly by meticulously documenting and updating processes
  • Knowledge Generation: Share your insights by creating knowledge articles to help the service desk team excel
  • Personal Development: Drive your own growth by participating in Elev8 learning paths, engaging in Pax8's Learning & Development programs, receiving coaching, and taking on exciting projects

To succeed in this role as our Service Desk Administrator, you'll need:
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering top-notch customer service in a collaborative team environment
  • Tech Enthusiasm: Entry level experience in diagnosing software and cloud product issues, coupled with a strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
  • Communication Skills: The ability to communicate professionally, both over the phone and via email. Showing Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels
  • Adaptability: Multi-tasking prowess and a knack for adapting to changes swiftly
  • Speed and Accuracy: Excellent typing skills for quick and accurate service request entry
  • Self-Motivation: The drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Organisation: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a talent for prioritising tasks and juggling multiple projects
  • Quick Thinking: The ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction in the blink of an eye

Salary & benefits for our Service Desk Administrator:
  • Salary: €18,000 - €24,000 gross per annum/€1,500 - €2,000 gross per month
  • 20 days holiday

  • Tech set up to support great home and in-office working
  • Designated Office: Riga Latvia
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Time: On a rota between 7am - 7pm
  • Hybrid: 3 days per week in office/2 working from home
