Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and registration of employee data in employment systems, including new hires, terminations, employment changes, tax information, and pension control.
- Maintenance of organizational structure.
- Absence and attendance registration and handling.
- Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses and new salaries).
- Handling service requests through the system and inquiries by phone.
- Reporting to Danish authorities and performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.
Key Skills and Experience
- Fluency in Danish; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
- Strong command of English.
- A genuine enjoyment of communication, with a customer-first mindset.
- Attention to detail and precision in handling data.
- Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.
- A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team.
Nice-to-haves (not mandatory):
- Prior experience in data management, customer service, or accounting.
- Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP systems.
Your educational background is not a concern, as long as you have the skills or the enthusiasm to learn!
