We are looking for a professional who can effectively manage IT processes, ensure project delivery, and become a key partner in strategic decision-making within the company. If you possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT processes, and are ready for new challenges, we would be happy to consider your application.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 📋
- Assist the technical team with project requirements and documentation.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Help develop and maintain project plans, monitoring progress and updates.
- Coordinate development and production releases, ensuring quality standards.
- Assist in creating test plans and monitoring testing efforts.
REQUIREMENTS 📝
- Practical project management experience in the IT field for 3+ years.
- Solid understanding of project management processes and best practices.
- Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills, willingness to take responsibility.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, Jira workflow.
- Deep understanding of each role on the project.
- Experience with various types of testing including unit testing.
- Passion for modern software development approaches and tools.
- Good English language skills.
- To be flexible and able to work at different projects with different technologies.
