IF YOU ARE:

  • English at C1-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence), other languages are considered an advantage.
  • Higher education in sales/marketing or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentational).
  • Strong negotiating skills with top executives.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard.

DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations.
  • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction.
  • Strengthen relationships to improve customer retention.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
