What we want from you:
- Bachelors Degree in business administration or economics, law, or similar.
- Experience of studying abroad is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or banking/finance is a plus
- Proactive, ambitious, and success-driven personality
- Analytical skills, structured thinking, strong solution orientation
- High-level communication skills you must be able to confidently communicate verbally and in writing
- High proficiency in MS Office, overall computer literacy
- Experience in using any type of CRM software is a plus
- Fluency in English language is an essential requirement
- Fluency in French or German languages is an advantage
What we would like you to do:
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Develop deep knowledge of company services and market coverage
- Maximize sales and market share, using both business development and account management strategies
- Take ownership of contract negotiations with prospective and existing clientele
- Identify, source, and benchmark potential candidates using internal/external databases and social networks.
- Maintain deep long-term relationships with top candidates to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Provide clients with comprehensive consultations, guiding their decision-making process
