We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our Solution Architecture team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our/client architecture strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of technology and business requirements. This position requires a technical expert with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, the ability to dive into various business domains on demand, and a proven track record in designing and implementing solutions.

We want you to:

Work with technical client requirements (including RFI/RFP), design, and communicate to the client a matching solution architecture based on Emergns service offerings.
Work with sales & pre-sales, value proposition development and delivery teams as well as external partners to shape and deliver solutions for our customers.
Act as the technical advisor in service delivery projects.
Play an active role in establishing technology strategy and defining technology focus for clients.
Support the Solution Architecture practice in developing reusable assets.
Contribute to Emergn through thought leadership development with internal & external communities.

This job might be for you if you have:

Solid & broad technical capabilities.
Understanding the typical use cases for the industries you are specializing in.
First-hand experience of developing solutions in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent customer facing skills with experience in presenting to and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent oral and written communications skills in both English and Latvian.
