Position overview

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Business Process Improvement Lead to lead the transformation of our business processes from siloed and fragmented to structured, scalable, and efficient. In this role, you will define, implement, and embed end-to-end process management within allnex GBS structure, ensuring that workflows are not just mapped but actively drive business performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 
This role requires someone who can build process management capabilities from the ground up, educate stakeholders, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, standardize, and optimize key business processes while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement a structured GBS process governance model, including KPIs, documentation, ownership, and continuous improvement mechanisms;
  • Operate with an end-to-end process mindset across the organization, moving beyond siloed ways of working;
  • Analyze and map existing processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across local and global departments to align process improvements with business objectives;
  • Implement and standardize process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance;
  • Drive automation opportunities within GBS, leveraging digital tools and data insights;
  • Monitor and report on process performance using KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement;
  • Train and coach teams on process management best practices, fostering a culture of operational excellence;
  • Lead process transformation projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

Required skills and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process excellence and/or business process optimization;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM);
  • Proven ability to build process management capabilities from scratch in a low-maturity environment;
  • Affinity with digital tools (e.g., Signavio, process mining, workflow automation) and a track record of leveraging technology for process optimization;
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field;
  • Project management experience (PMP, Agile, or similar certification). and familiarity with digital transformation initiatives are a plus;
  • Business fluency in English.
