As the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of four Group Companies in Southern Africa - Namibia, Zambia, Botswana, and Lesotho. Reporting directly to the Group Board, you will act as a key connection between the Group Board, country CEOs, function leaders and Group function leaders, ensuring alignment and execution of business strategies, operational execution, and financial performance.

In this hands-on role, you will oversee strategic initiatives, manage key projects, and drive their effective implementation. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will support business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize decision-making to strengthen performance across the region.
