Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager Latvia to support and grow our commercial presence in the region. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with clients across the construction sector, manage strategic sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall development of the business. The role also includes overseeing a small sales team, ensuring alignment on goals and day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets within the assigned region and regularly assess performance against established sales plans.
- Provide active, on-site support to clientsincluding construction companies, contractors, investors, architects, and site managersby offering product expertise and technical guidance.
- Maintain and develop a structured customer and project database in the companys CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Technical departments to develop regional pricing strategies and support after-sales activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, monitor industry trends and pricing developments, and analyze competitor performance.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and professional events, while also coordinating targeted promotional activities and technical training sessions for clients.
This role is ideal for a commercially-minded professional who values fieldwork, client interaction, and a high degree of autonomy within a supportive and agile team environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the construction industry, preferably in a commercial or client-facing role.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, stakeholder needs, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
- Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in standard business software.
- B category driver's licence.
